Mike joined L&J in 1996 and is now co-owner of the brokerage with his daughter, Hannah. He's committed to keeping Massage Envy franchise owners heard, educated, and informed at every step.
Mike knows what it takes to run a small business, and he understands that buying insurance can feel like one more chore for an owner who already does it all. He has put in the work to master the ME insurance programs, and he excels at turning the complex into something easy to understand. His goal is simple: cut the red tape and take the pain out of buying insurance.
Mike holds a BA from Chico State University and has nearly three decades of industry experience.
Our third generation, family-owned brokerage is proud to be one of the five ME approved insurance brokers. Our own family’s franchise was our first Massage Envy client, and we’re honored to have earned the trust of many others.

Hannah has been part of the L&J team for a decade and became a co-owner of the brokerage in 2023. She's often the one behind the scenes supporting our Massage Envy clients. She thrives on building custom coverage solutions and keeping a close eye on the market forces shaping them. Insurance has a reputation for being bureaucratic, and Hannah is always looking for ways to ease the lift and streamlines processes for the benefit of franchise owners.
Hannah holds a BA from the University of California, Berkeley, an MBA from the University of Oregon, and RPLU insurance certificates.
